how to
This guide shows you 2 ways in which you can add new products to your services.

1. Product Manager

    1. Click on Profile.
    2. Click on Product Manager.
    3. Click Product + on the top left hand side of the screen or if you know which category you’d like your new product to be in, click on the Down Arrow next to the category, scroll down, then click the Product + button at the bottom to enter it straight into that category. (If you do the latter you’ll be able to skip the next step.)
    4. Click on No Category then click the category you’d like your product to be in. If a new category is needed click on Category + to add one.
    5. If you’d like to enter stock levels for this product, click Stock Off, then click Enable Stock Control. Under Change Amount enter how many products you have, then click Confirm. Please note, from this area you can also click the Decrease button to reduce stock levels or Disable Stock Control for a product.
    6. Under Name enter the product’s name eg. ‘Chicken Burger’.
    7. Under Description enter information about the product.
    8. In the Price field enter what you’d like to charge for the product. To add tax click on the No Tax button, enter your UTR Number (Your unique taxpayer reference number provided by HMRC) so that this can be displayed to customers in relevant places such as on receipts and then click Update. Once you have done this you can click on the Tax Rate + button, leave ‘VAT’ under Name, enter the VAT % that you pay on the product under Rate, select the Mode by clicking on the Down Arrow and choosing Inclusive or Exclusive, then click Create.
    9. If you have an image for the product click on Add Image (If you have clicked Product + within a category just click on the Image Icon here.), then Choose File, double click on the saved image you’d like to use and then click Done. (If you have clicked Product + within a category you’ll need to also click Confirm as a final step here.)
    10. If your product has options you can add them by clicking on the Add Options button (This is the 3 Way Arrow icon if you added the product within a category) and then clicking Group +, please note customers can only choose 1 option from each group. If your option is just a choice of flavours for crisps or drinks, you would have 1 group, remove both pre-set Option Names, replace them with the favours and remove any Additional Charges. If you have many flavours you can add options by clicking Option + within the group. If your options are to add or remove ingredients you would have multiple groups where the Option Names would be ‘(None)’ and then ‘Add Cheese’ with an Additional Charge of 50p for example. Option groups can be moved up and down depending on what order you’d like them to appear in by clicking the Up/Down Arrows. When you are happy with the options you’ve added click Confirm
    11. Then click Create on the top right of the product or click Update on the top right of the page if you have added the product within a category.
    12. Once created you now have the option to move the order of the product by using the Up/Down Arrows.
    13. You can also duplicate the product by clicking on the Duplicate Icon.
    14. Your product now exists but will need to be linked to any relevant services, you can do this by navigating back to the Dashboard and following the instructions here.
