    2. You have a roll of thermal receipt paper that is the correct size for the printer according to its manual.
    3. You have an iOS or Android device with compatible with the tudoo vendor app.
    4. You have the necessary hardware to connect the device to the printer (Wifi router, USB cable, etc).
    5. For Wifi connection the Wifi must be from a Wifi router with WPS. Most Wifi setups have this but phone tethering and USB dongle Wifi may not.
    6. You have the instruction manual that came with the printer. If you do not have this, use the online manual: TSP100IIIU; TSP100IIIW; TSP100IIIBI

1. Set up the printer

First off, you need to make sure the printer is functioning independently of a device. Follow the instruction manual to set up the printer, ensuring the following:

    1. The printer has power; check the lights on the front are on.
    2. The error light is OFF; check the manual to diagnose if this light is on.
    3. The paper is inserted correctly; the feed button should push paper through.
    4. For Wifi printers; the printer is connected to Wifi. The Wifi light should be solid and not flashing. To remedy, hold the PAIR button on the back of the printer until the light flashes, then press the WPS button on the Wifi router. Once connected the light will go solid and the Wifi information will be printed out.
