We support a range of printers. Here is a list of the printers officially supported, other Star Micronics printers may be compatible so please contact us if you have one not listed here and we can check.

• Star Micronics TSP143IIIW (Wifi*)
• Star Micronics TSP143IIIBI (Bluetooth)
• Star Micronics TSP143IIIU (USB**)
• Star Micronics 650II (Bluetooth)

*Please note Wifi must be from a Wifi router with WPS. Most Wifi setups have this but phone tethering and USB dongle Wifi may not.

**Please note if you use our software alongside other softwares that use the same receipt printer we recommend you DO NOT use a USB connection for best performance. Please also note that Android devices do not charge via the printer’s USB port.

We currently support printer integration on our iOS and Android vendor app.
